I have only one day period before this month period goes only two days.. give me cause and help me. What will the efect on me.?

hi  if your periods  are normally light it might be constitutional. please go to a doctor who will check you up for general health. advice  you regarding diet and exercise to maintain ideal bmi. if your periodes are regular your health otherwise is normal there is nothing to bother except follow healthy life style.
