My wife has missed her period for 4 days but getting light spotting .urine pregnancy test came negative.what is the reason for missed period if she is not pregnant.

There can b a lot of reasons for the same like medication , stress , horMonal imbalance ,thyroid disorders ,pcos , ovarian cyst.. Get an ultrasound pelvis done if flow doesn't increase
