I have to missed my period last month as per dr suggestions I have to take deviry 10mg medicine but I still not get it is this anything serious.. my pragency test is also negative please help my tsh test is also normal

Post completion of course of 5 days deviry, period comes within 10 days. If doesn't come then combined pills are given
