20 yr old not getting periods from 3 months only getting light drops of bloods only But I am not pregnant. This problem also occur 1 yr Back that time doctor suggest me iron tablets

abnormal periods can be because of stess/change of place/hormonal change ...like thyroid or prolactin disorder/endometritis. visit good gynecologist for further investigations to find out the cause n for management.
