I missed my period last 7 days, always comes on 16th. I have unbearable abdominal pain since last night and mostly in right side of abdominal. Today I test UPT, negative report came. Please guide me 🙏🙏

You can take Tab. meftal forte sos for pain may need a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. You have to give a clear history like if you had fever, vomitings ..

You can either wait for period to come naturall and take some antispasmodic (meftal spas) or Get a repeat urine test done after 2-3 days if periods have not come by that time. In case pain is persistent, you can do a USG pelvis
