Hi I m having irregular periods from last 2 months I am using Shatawari kalp powder from last 10 months.will this impacting my periods?

Why did you start taking shatavari kalpa? Shatavari is good for uterine health also it is good for regulating menses. It has multiple health benefits. Like for stress weight gain and for overall health. So it has not caused you any irregularities. Might be simple stress or any hormonal variations and as it is just since 2 months it's not of concern. If it continues for more than three months then consult a gynaecologist or you can consult online.
