How is pcod different from thyroid? I mean symptoms are similar, less or delayed periods and unusual weight gain. I have both the symptoms and i have been diagnosed with thyroid.

When PCOD is due to thyroid hormones deficiency or any other cause lying outside the ovaries it is called as secondary PCOD .
