  4. Period is late. My mother has thyroid?

My period is 12 days late, I did multiple urine tests which were negative and a bhcg test yesterday which reported 0.100ml, which is negative. Am I pregnant? My gynae had suggested taking tablet primolut, Should I? Should I go for a T3/T4/TSH test as my mother has thyroid?
