Period delayed

2015-08-16 04:11:27
I am 37 year old. My period has delayed for more than a week. I have had regular cycle before.  Done the home pregnancy test, was negative. Also to mention that I have been working out since 2 months, there has not bee any weight loss though. Does that effect the menstrual cycle. Please advise.
