Hi, I usually get regular periods, but this time it's 30 days of cycle and period late by three days. Is there a chance of pregnancy? When should I do a test at home?

You can do a urine pregnancy test now and if negative wait for another week for your periods, may be it’s just a small delay in cycles. If no periods for another week get a UPT / beta HCG done and a Gynaec consultation for further management
