What is the accurate test for pregnancy.After how many days of unprotected sex will that test be accurate. and i have taken unwanted 72 (levonorgestrel 1.5mg)a week before expected period date.And now period is not on time for how many days should I wait before going for pregnancy test

You need to wait for atleast 5 days after expected period date depending on whether her cycles are regular or not. Urine pregnancy test is sufficient. However a serum beta hcg test may give better clarity when in doubt.

Serum beta hcg blood test is accurate to diagnose pregnancy.
Do the test 2-3days after ur missed period if you have regular cycles.
If ur cycles are irregular do the test 2 weeks after unprotected Intercourse.
Delayed period can also be due to unwanted 72.
