Period delay, preganancy test negative

My periods was supposed to come on 27th May but it's been delayed by 1 week. I had unprotected sex so i tested today and preganancy test came out to be negative. So now how many days should i wait for my periods and if i don't get periods by next week should i again test for pregnancy ?
