Last month my period got delayed delayed by 3 days and this month it was supposed to be on April 1st and still I have not got it . What can be the problem

Firstly check urine for pregnancy test. If negative you can take medicines for starting periods. But as the problem is happening again, we need some tests to find out the cause- Ultrasound, blood test for hormone.
