Sir, Mam My period date is delayed by 3 days now, last date was on 6th February. To avoid any confusion, I've done pregnancy test twice and it has come out to be negative. Note: I had taken Meftal spas last time around my periods as I was traveling. I'm really concerned about my period date and not sure what to do. please let me know the next steps to follow and the possibile reasons for the delay. Thank you very much.
