Period cramps but no period, negative te

Hi! I am missing my period for more than a week now and I'm experiencing period-like cramps but they come and go. Sometimes I notice creamy white discharge but they don't smell or anything. I took a test but it came out negative. I don't feel anything unusual just my cramps. I don't know if I'm pregnant or there's anything else going on with my body. Please help me. Thank you.

U shud go for sonography.  If its normal wait for 10 more days . U will get your period.if after 10 days u dnt get it repeat pregnancy test and if negative go for withdrawals of period.
