Period bleeding after 14th day

My last period stated on 8th dec and last for 3 days. But again today (14th)it started to bleed a little . This is happening 1st time in my life that i am bleeding in between 2 periods cycle.No such pain or cramps or any uneasy. Is it a concern to worry .And moreover i am planning pregnancy from last 4 5 months.
