Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday for all vit ,min,deficiencies. Walk yoga and exercise for fitness of health. Substitute millets for rice for proteins,carbohydrates to build and support the body for a good health. Drink enough water,buttermilk,everyday. Sleep a leisured sleep of six hrs at night.

Hi, You should follow a healthy nutritious diet plan. In this period, mood swing is quite normal, and along with other problems are also there what you have already mentioned. In your diet good source of protein, vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre should be present and with that you should  drink plenty amount of water about 3litre per day.
