Pericoronitis and upper central incisor

Gum tissue grown over the last molar tooth. And upper central incisor tooth which I filled with composite now broken. I need to fill it with composite again. Is any clinics open now. If not what can I do in this intermediate period

Composite buildup can be done only after clinics will get open...and gor swollen gum try to maintsin oral hygiene more as in pregnancy its hormonal issue also

Though the upper central incisor tooth is a concern of esthetic,for treatment of this you need to visit a clinic and primarily does not look like it is in a condition much of an urgency, treatment of this can be delayed for a bit.. Wrt LOWER MOLAR, it doesn't look like it is associated with any infection yet. Luke warm Water salt gargle is best.

For Central Incisor you have to go to clinic and for posterior teeth which is pericoronitis you can have some medicine and warm saline rinses which will be helpful

If the gum tissue growth is not hurting, nothing needs to be done. The gum will separate if the tooth is able to grow more. Yes the filling needs to be done in front tooth, but better to delay until corona scare is over.

Your gums have grown over your wisdom tooth. Ideally, the wisdom tooth should be removed. The second option is to remove the excess tissue which is grown over the tooth.
