I get a proper erection and last sufficiently long during self help. But as soon as I am with my wife, I hardly last 15 Secs. Have been married for 14 years. Diabetic and hypertensive . On medicines and under control. Earlier I never noticed , but I feel this is so since I can remember. Kindly help as my married life is in trouble now.
