I have a massive audition in a singing competition and wondered if 10mg propranolol would keep my heart rate from shooting through the roof and keep me from trembling while singing. I don't usually get overly nervous but the situation is a bit more critical than usual. 31 y/o male. Social anxiety. No previous medical problems.
