For past few days I got wound in pennis skin.I am very much worried. If I touch its paining. Before applying any cream in that I have to confirm whether cream is good or consult with doctor

It all depends on the cause of wound which you have not specified.But you can apply any antiseptic cream like Betadine which will work both as lubricant and antiseptic which will help in healing it faster.Alternatively you can apply calendula based antiseptic cream like Calendula cream or pomade which will also help in healing the wound faster.
