My age is 18 yrs, i m experiencing a sensitiveness and irritation at my pennis head whenever I touch it. n i m able to wear rough under wear bcoz of irritation. i feel pain when ever i pee. i also feel seldom a sudden current from my left scrotum to belly. plz suggest
