I am 25 years old boy and 3 years back I have done my circumsation surgery. Last one year my pennies glens hyper sensivity , I try to sex just insert to my pennies in  veginal ejaculated my pennies just insert veginal ,I feel like shock and ejaculated. Some time hug suddenly ejaculated pls help me, lidocaine ointment cure my problem
