I have a Q about my penis. I find it is swelling when I wake up(3weeks). If i dont sleep, doesnt swell. Background: had a difficult peeing issue 3 years ago. Pain on the tip, yet no bacterial infection. the doctor suggested "give break to masturbation and drink water much". And when i asked any surgical necessity? he said "if only you were old".
