I have been watching from last 4-5 months.. my penis size is not growing although i tried many exercises suggested by some junior doctors but its all gone in vain.. please suggest me something which i can do at home... becuase i dont want any one should know about this... my penis size after erection is 4.5 inches.. and I'm little bit worried about it..
