Hello sir, I am 28 yrs male from mumbai.. i had phimosis from last 10 15 years. But with regular exercise i cured it almost 75 percent. But from last couple of weeks i m observing my penis length is decreasing. Earlier it was 6 inch later 5.5 inch and now 5 inch erect. I also bath twice with first hot and then clean with cold water. I thought it was due to tobbacco and smoking . So i have reduced that. But still same.. any natural way to get it corrected. Note: i had observed it after my phimosis is cured. Earlier it was 6 inch before phimosis. I also think i have ED and PE. Please give only natural ways no medicines plzzz...
