Penis shrink after dj stent removal

Hi doctors I had kidney stones and a rirs surgery was performed and dj stent was placed. After 3 days I happen to have high fever and stent was removed as it was causing infection. It been 48 hours and no blood or stone fragments in my urine. But my penis size shrunk and body of the penis became little hard. Is this common during recovery or is this an issue ? Please advise
