Penis red and itchy..swollen as well

I have some problems to stay hygiene... probably this is consequence of the same...from now on I should stay hygeine. For the mean time please help me if there are any medicines I can use to get rid of this. I use safety while having sex even with my spouse...so I am pretty sure this is not a sexual inherited infection or disease. Many thanks in advance
