While having sex for the first time, it doesn't go in a good way and my skin on penis got struck and doesn't came back and it gives a lot of pain. Please tell the required suggestion to become normal. Due to heavy pain I can't even sleep properly.

You are having paraphimosis. Get a physical consultation with urologist.
