Sir/Madam,My age is 16 and I have an habit of masturbating from 2 to 3 years.When my penis gets erect it is slightly difficult for me to pull it back but because of pre-cum it's  slightly  comfortable for me to pull it down but I can pull only up to the bottom of the glans as my foreskin passes from the glans of my penis it is very tight and I cannot pull it back any more and with a little force only I can pull it but this all happens at an erect state.what is my condition is it serious?
