My son is 2 months old and he has got swelling in his penis and crying due to that. Also whenever he is peeing then it is gets double of normal size. Attached is photo while peeing

Hi, Looks normal. All babies cry to pass stool or urine. This is normal.

The foreskin is very tight ( phimosis as per medical terms )
