I have phimosis and i can't pull my foreskin. I was having burning sensation on tip of penis head for 1 week(used to become worse when i applied water or urine) and burning sensation on my lower abdomen and and around my penis while ejaculation during masterbation. now burning sensation is happening less and mild and mostly after peeing(i applied neosprin for 3 days suggested by surgeon, he also said to undergo circumcision) there is no urologist in my town . Can anyone tell me what should i do?.
