Penis pains on frenulum when erect

My penis curves when i pull my forceskin back and the pain is on frenulum. Frenulum has bleed for more than 4 times when i tried intercourse and i loose my ecertness as it bleeds. What is wrong. My peins even doesnt gets hard while i try to have intercourse and always bleeds on frenulum
