Hello Doctor, A few days back I felt my foreskin itching underneath  and later got rashes and cuts on the penis foreskin. I have a tight foreskin but was able to pull it back but now I'm not even able to see the penis forehead. It feels very uncomfortable and at times the itching is very bad. Can you please suggest me some mediation as I'm not comfortable visiting a doctor. I also applied the cream named "Cotrimazole" once before sleeping gave me bit of relief but later on it was the same. Due to this condition, I'm unable to clean the place and it gives me a very uncomfortable feeling. I'm really worried about the situation and need to come out of this.
