Hello, When I remove my foreskin it is sticky in nature. Normally it wasn't. And the inside uncovering skin is a bit red round in circle. I think there is some infection underneath the skin. Due to this problem i can not urine properly as skin is not in the proper place due to infection. It also sticky in nature when i uncover the foreskin to clean my penis. Please suggest what should i do? Which doctor to approach? Earlier i consulted a dermatologist to diagnose that skin infection. But the problem is still there and it has not been cured. Please suggest what should I do?
