I had picked off some dry skin on my penis head and for the past 5 days I’ve experiecied interchanging stinging and tingling sensations and difficulty getting an erection. I was advised to use sudocream on the head which I applied last night and now I have noticed some loss in sensation. I have been tested for STIs and all came back negative. Is my outlook positive and if so, how long would it typically take to heal back to normal?
