Burning/pain sometime itching in penis head, sometimes random; most of the time after urination. There is a strange feeling in penis head as if some one is doing gud gudi or there is an urge to pee. Itching/burning and redness sometimes under foreskin and anus as well. There is moisture(watery) under foreskin and penis head is a little but red not always though. CBC report is normal. Ultrasound kub, ultrasound scrotal and urine test re/me all are normal. Sugar is normal as well.
