I was suffered unknown penis head infection(white patches) 1 year back and infection is cleared after consulting doctor in a week after till now  when i get erection, penis glan is not soft something look like dots, bump  but it flaccid state Nothing seems like this I feel discomfort in that area.and also am not getting srong erection like before.please kindly to advice for cure it.photo is attached .
