Sir I am 32 years old and my penis glans is highly sensitive. 6 months back my foreskin was tight but somehow I could pull it back but the glans is highly sensitive. If I touch or rub it or some cloth touches it there is electric current like sensation and tingling sensation. Is there any medicine which reduces sensitivity of the glans
