Hi.. Sirs, I have nodule growth in my gland penis (2cm*1cm) after circumcision noticed. After did biopsy (attached) there mentioned atipya basal layar then PET CT done report was normal no uptake. I hv consulted urology saying that need to remove that. What I have to do. Is required surgery or any medication. Tried fluorouracil (5-fu) cream but no improvement. So please suggest.

Because it has shown to have squamous hyperplasia with atypia you need partial penectomy along with lymph node dissection

Better to go with local surgery . This surgery is not an organ fully removing surgery . Organ preserving surgeries can be done which should be considered at the earliest . Please let me know if you have any doubts , you can consult and discuss but treatment is very much needed .
