My penis foreskin doesnt go back. Its very painful to make it go back and forth. I am getting married this year. Also when i run for 5-10mins my testes/scrotum gets heavy and bulkier which is very irritating. Sometimes I feel like getting all this removed. Can anything be done. Plz suggest treatment/medicines
