During sex when my penis erect that time when i pull my foreskin,it pains at sensitive skin and there is some allergic marks also over the cap of penis. And meanwhile its skin swells like balloon. I do make unprotected sex with my wife. I consulted with local chemist he gave me a cream and few tablets but when i was taking that time i dint feel like to have sex. So its not working. Pls suggest me what to do and where to consult.
