Dear Doctor, My penis foreskin does not retract. Whenever I try do pull it backwards it hurts me. Even upon erection it does not retract fully. I google the problem and got to know the circumcision is the last option and there can be certain cream or oil. Please advise.

Hello.. Sir yes unable to retract fully is a condition wgi h needs medical attention..but then I can't suggest you further without examining you..first meet a surgeon..let him see if it's obvious then we can plan of circumcision if its really required...otherwise no need to worry...thank you
