I have a tight foreskin, couldn't pull back. I have a itchy and irritation in my penis. For this which Dr should I consider. Is it a serious problem, is there any home remedies.

Dear Patient, It seems you are suffering with Phimosis. Itching and irritation could be due to balanitis happening underneath the foreskin.
Health Tips
Please do not go for a sexual intercourse until you get the phimosis fixed as it may lead to an emergency condition known as Paraphimosis.
