Dear sir / mam I'm feeling dryness under my penis foreskin which covers glanspenis area . My CUE normal and ultrasound abdomen shows normal. When I try to pull back my foreskin it comes back but feeling like it wat attached to foreskin dryly and comes slowly. No inflamation and no pain.
