Dear sir I'm feeling dryness under penis foreskin which covers glanspenis area. My CUE and ultrasound shows normal. When I try to pull back foreskin it comes but feeling like it was attached to foreskin dryly and comes slowly. No inflamation and no pain..

Hello if you are facing too much of a problem undergo circumcision consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
