hi ! you have said, you had intercourse with your partner 8weeks back and her family history is negative of
HIV and all, and now you have complaints of spots in genitals since couple of days and frequent fevers. first of all, is the fever which you are getting has any link with the spots, i.e did you get these spots after you suffered fever or you got these spots and got fever ? observe yourself and get confirmed. if are in doubt of fever linked with spots then you need to consult sexologist, ofcourse there is no immediate danger, but may land you in danger later stage if neglected.
just make a note of point that negative family history of STDS doesnt mean that you are safe, are you confident that you are safe with your present parnter ? that is what is important.
white spots on genitals has many diseases like mucosal vitiligo, lichen sclerosus etc, etc, but naming is not important, just from white spots you cannot decide, whether they are dangerous or non dangerous, only thing is did you get those with or without any type of sexual act, if after sexual act, definitely you need to be alert and get checked immediately, without any sexual act - you need not worry but can get rid of those with mild medication.
