Penile shaft and foreskin itching

2022-08-24 05:56:11
The shaft of the penis is red and the foreskin is very dry. There is no white pus generating and there are no white pimples. Red pimples are present but very short in number (I can barely see) and minute in size. Experiencing a very little burn on the foreskin and at the tip of the penis. I would like to know the best treatment. Thank you
