Good Day, I’m a 21yr old male for the past several months, almost a year now I have been experience sharp needle like pains in the tip of my penis to point where I can't move and must stop whatever I was currently doing. The pains are sporadic, and tend to last for 30 seconds to a minute. Also, I noticed that my penis feels numb, almost to point where it feels like nothing there. I can get an erection however; it doesn’t feel the same as it used to be, it feels numb.
