I am 28 years male and I have phimosis problem since birth and I have diagnosed with penile cancer. I am feeling tumor on my penis glance under the skin (glance is covered with skin) from last 1 yr. Cancer cells are also spread in right and left inguinal regions. I have consulted in AIIMS Delhi and Max Hospital Delhi and Bikaner also but all doctors are suggested partial penectomy (remove half penis) of penis. Biopsy already done from right inguinal region and its report confirmed that its cancer(squamous cell carcinoma). What should I do? Is there any treatment without remove penis. Please suggest.
